Acid-40 Non-Foaming Cleaner
A phosphoric and sulfuric acid blend for the rinse cycles of pipelines and milk coolers.

The non-foaming agents in Acid-40 non-foaming cleaner prevent mineral and milkstone deposits. Acid-40 yields lower phosphate levels than many other phosphoric acid products.

Acid 3X Cleaner
Maximum strength non-foaming acid cleaner.

Acid 3X acid cleaner is a maximum strength, non-foaming acid concentrate for acid rinses and washes in CIP milking systems. This triple-strength acid will effectively dissolve and remove the toughest mineral films and scale from milking equipment surfaces. Acid 3X is an integral partner in the Guardian II(tm), Glacier-Guard(tm) CIP system and has been tested and proven reliable in field trials.

PC Acid Cleaner
For the prevention of iron stains and mineral deposits.

A low-foaming blend of mineral and organic acids, PC Acid cleaner is designed for use as an aid in the prevention of milkstone, mineral deposits, and iron stains. PC Acid cleaner leaves equipment shiny and spot-free and is recommended for hard water containing iron.

Heavy Duty Acid-80
Low foaming concentrated acid cleaner

Dubbed as a strong phosphoric acid-based product, the low foaming agents in Heavy Duty Acid-80 allow for superior cleaning power. This phosphoric acid concentrate inhibits microorganism growth between sanitation cycles when used as an acidified rinse.
Features Include:
  • Low-Foaming Formula Tensio-active agents provide outstanding cleaning performance. Not affected by hard water or the iron contents of water, this special mix promotes a spot-free, shiny equipment finish. Heavy Duty Acid-80 is low foaming when used at temperatures above 68°F (20°C). Moderate foam only when below the recommended temperature usage.
  • Economical to Use Useful as an acidified rinse of 1 oz. (30 ml) Heavy Duty Acid-80 to 15 gallons (57 L) water that will lower the pH to 3-4.
  • Superior Cleaning Agents Heavy Duty Acid-80 is the product of choice for large or difficult-to-clean systems and milk coolers. The clear, red liquid has a mild, acidic odor.

Premium Acid Cleaner
Low foaming, highly concentrated acid cleaner with surfactant.

This low-foaming cleaner works well in CIP and manual wash milking systems. Stronger than most other acid cleaners, Premium Acid is highly concentrated with a surfactant that penetrates greasy residue for prevention of build-up and facilitates rinsing of milking equipment.
Features Include:
  • Economical With a usage rate of 1 oz. (30 ml) to 12 gallons (45.4 L) of water (pH 3.0 to 3.5), this cleaner provides an inexpensive acid rinse for a milking system.
  • Highly Concentrated This phosphoric acid cleaner prevents water hardness and milkstone deposits. Prevention of greasy build-up and spot-free equipment add value to this cleaner.
  • Colored for Safety A clear, red liquid with a mild, acidic odor, Premium Acid is completely water-soluble.
